WHy cant i join the server

Hi Staff ,
SO i have tried to join the server multiple times and t is still showing "cant connect to the server" is there any way i can fix this on mac?. I have also dm'd to one of the owners on discord no respones. Bedlessnoob if u see this i am an asian too (xd (nvm))
