Why cant i join the server again?

ok now ppl who joined yesterday know what is the issue,
so today i hoped on minecraft to get gud at reducing but then i was no more able to join the server. Yesterday when i joined i asked in the lobby that " if we once join the server can we join multiple times?" the ans was: "Yes"
i though i could join everyday but no... and now finaly....

This is my last time asking..... "Why cant i join the server?"
note: staff team pls take it as a issue not a problem.

The server is in maintenance mode, the Staff Team is working hard to fix the network issues. In fact, they've announced that the server is going to be is in maintenance mode in the discord (#announcments).
