Who can train me for telly bridge / drag clicking with movement!!

hi I am a very well gb ier but I wanna learn telly bridge but I can't drag click with moving mouse can anyone help me out!

prob practicing dragging in a claw grip, so the only fingers you hold on to the mouse with is your thumb, pinky, and ring finger, it might be a bit awkward if you use ur index finger to drag tho
