Staff Apps Visible If Not Logged In

If you aren't logged in and go to the staff application section, you can read the most recent staff application sent by some random person. This is also the same for ban appeals. This is an issue because people may put private information in their staff apps / ban appeals.

People could literally copy & paste other staff apps if they are really long lol. They could get people's ages & personal details about them, etc..

Copying apps will be detected, age's aren't pretty private. All the personal information someone could get is an email, or discord, or a time zone. or Contacting information. I just redirected this post to an admin. Pretty sure this would be an easy fix, which blocks anyone from making applications, set the post- to a read-only. But i'm sure the administration team will do it easier .

I just tested it while logged out, & I can still read ban appeals.

ban appeals probably aren't the most concerning thing right now since no one is on the server yet. but it should still be fixed
