Sr mod staff recruiters

Let sr mod be able to accept and deny application. Why? It helps makes staff application faster and easier for the admins and gives more experience for when you get to admin. And I feel as sr mods are ready for the responsibility, You could make it were sr mods have to apply to be a staff recruiter and meet certain standards or just have the experience for it.
