I understand what I said in chat was wrong but I don't think I deserve a 20 day mute. Really tbh there have been others that have said the same thing and didn't get muted so I don't deserve a 20 day mute please if you see this lower the time to 7 days please.

After further investigation of your incident, your mute is justified and will NOT be lowered. If you run into instances where players are encouraging this type of behavior, screenshot it and send it to a staff member or report it as soon as possible.

I got muted while my friend was on my account I have no idea what he did. I get if you keep the mute due to no concrete evidence that it was my friend, but could the mute be shortened and could it not effect if I ever apply for yt rank in the future also my in game name is qovet autocorrect just changed it when I was making my account

Whilst I understand that it may have been your friend on your account, it is your reponcibility to keep control of who uses it. Therefore I will not dissmiss/shorted the mute.
As far as getting Youtube rank in the future, it is possible that staff will look at previous punishments, however it is up to their descression wether they decide to take those into account when making the descission. Im not saying its impossible by any means because people do change and sometimes it isn't your fault (like in your case) so its still worth a shot!

Hi I was muted for a week because I said "ching chong" in chat Which I understand sounds racist but it is a real Chinese word and I am half Chinese. growing up in a Chinese family and getting banned for saying something in Chinese is offensive.
