  1. I bought my rank 15 min ago and didn't get it and i took money from my card the rank i bought was hacker rank please help me

Contact an administrator via the Bridger Land discord server with a screenshot of your purchase, if you could include the transaction ID that would also be appreciated. Keep in mind that it also make take some time for your purchase to register.
