I bought a multiplier and its gone

I bought a multiplier a few hours ago used it for 30mins and now its gone??? Can I get a refund or a new one my ign is: Koulkzid. I also bought it 3 hours ago and the multiplier is 5 hours long. I Got off then got back on and it was gone.

Unfortunately, if the payment was processed and you did receive the multiplier but it disappeared. There isn't much I can do without evidence of you losing the multiplier. Do you know if you purchased it and received it before a server restart?
