My account was logged in offsite when I was online, and that person logged into my account I don't know what he did, and as a result, I was banned when I reconnected, and I hadn't used any illegal mods before that

Hi I was playing on Bridger land and it Sayed you have been logged from another location. Then I panicked and finally when I was able to join Again I was banned can you please unban me because i was not using any hacked clients or any sort of thing.
