Thank you for your report on this user. Unfortunately, as there are many users like this that are known to "troll" in scenarios like this. This user could've been joking about using cheats in chat to get a reaction out of people. Since this is a common issue around the Minecraft community, unfortunately staff are not able to take action unless video evidence is provided/attached to this thread. The most we can do is watch and moderate the player when he/she is back online to check if there is any suspicious activity found. Other than that, if you or another player has any video evidence of this player using cheats; please send it here.
