I don’t have official staff experience yet, but I’ve helped moderate chats and solve issues in small community servers. I'm eager to learn and take on more responsibility.
6. Why do you want to be a staff member with BridgerLand?
Because I enjoy spending time on the server and want to help make it a better place for everyone. I like helping others, solving problems, and keeping things fair and fun for all players.
7. Why do you feel you'd be a good candidate for the BridgerLand Staff Team? Explain in detail, what puts you above other applicants?
I’m active, friendly, and respectful to others. I stay calm in tough situations and can handle pressure. I’m also willing to learn new things and improve myself as a staff member. I want to be a helpful and responsible part of the team.
8. What do you believe the role of a staff member is?
To keep the server safe and enjoyable by enforcing rules, helping players, solving problems fairly, and being a good example in the community.

- Can get nervous in big decisions, but I always try to improve
