Make a meme competition were every week you post a template and we have to do a meme related to bridger land with prises (ign) like bridger coins, ect

You could upload the top 20 memes on the disc and make the comunity vote on the best one and top 3 gets prises.

I don't really see how this would improve the community in any way. And there would also need to be some excessive moderation in place to refrain others from posting inappropriate/offensive memes.
