LiboRom hacking and said dirty words in the chat

LiboRom is hacking in prison using fly, killaura and bunnyhop.
He did also said something "dirty" in in-game prison chat.
I tried to report him the it said, "LiboRom is not connected".
Someone please help this is the second day he came prison and make people uncomfortable with sexual words in chat.
