[FORUM] Staff application format isn't visible.

After making the whole staff applications thread visible only for admins, the format isn't visible too. Now you can see only your post.

EDIT: If you log out, you can see all applications. It supposed to be invisible for others, right?

The applications are currebtly closed... when they'll be opened again they'll become public and visible

oh, ok
