The description for the redstone item, "MLG Rush Settings" is incorrect whilst in the MLG Rush hub. A picture of it can be seen below:
It says "Click to change bw settings". "BW" commonly and frequently refers to the popular gamemode, "BedWars" which the server currently supports. There is nothing wrong to assume this is what is inferred even though it is correct. A more accurate and better description for the item would be:
> "Click to change your MLG Rush settings."
