Since the server is still in its early days, the temporary ranks also counts as safety for the customer. since the server can be down or just crash eternally, they can just stop charging the users. once the server grows and becomes more stable, permanent ranks may come

The problem is that its hard to maintain an overview of temporary ranks, and hacker is permanent
