The reason is pretty obvious: if someone finds a gamebreaking bug such as a way to make servers crash on demand, normal players obviously aren't supposed to see how to do it.

I have read the rules, and found a mistake so severe that it could destroy the server! Unnecessary is spelled wrong! This was spelled wrong in the context of no spamming, thus meaning that many people could misunderstand that rule and start spamming the chat!1!1!! There will be so much spamming...
