How to apply for staff?

How do I apply for staff, I saw the forum area for it but I dont know if there is any specific things i have to write about. Any info would be helpfull, Thx!

Currently no way to apply for staff wait for the server to be released first lol

Ye which hopefully the testing helped them determine how many staff they would be accepting
