downstack flying glitch

so today i was just playing on b ridger.land and i downstacked too many blocks and then discorverd that some blocks were not removed i stood on those blocks by jumping down and then connection got lost saying flying was not enabled

i attached the ss of the moment that i discorverd the block flying

I have seen that before, it seems to be avoidable if you just don't jump on it
